Payment and confirmation
Once you have confirmed your booking, we will reserve your holiday on the basis of these terms and conditons. Pay 30% of the total after the tour as a deposit, determined after booking, the balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure. The post of deposit to make reservations booking purposes, overdue fees are paid, the critical travel booking will be canceled, and the deposit paid will not be refunded, nor shall deposit or transfer with others diverted to other departure date booked. The registration time from the departure date of 14 days, all fees must be paid in full after the registration fee is determined.
Cancel or change the process costs:

To ensure that your interests are in the process of tourism security, we strongly recommend that you purchase medical, trip cancellation, flight delays and baggage and other insurance programs. Force majeure itinerary changes and cancellations:

If you place the final service personnel are still not satisfied you please return to the original point of departure in writing within 28 days to contact us and we will solve as soon as possible in accordance with the conditions and within the terms of the range.
This "terms and conditions" as agreement between you and critical Tour. Entering into this agreement, implementation and interpretation and dispute settlement should Dutch law applies. As the two sides on the implementation of the contents of this Agreement or any dispute, both sides should be settled through friendly consultations; negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the critical seat of the Court. As any provision of this Agreement for whatever reason totally or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding. Critical trip does not exercise or enforce any right or provision service agreement, does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Travel reserves the critical "term and conditons" of final interpretation.
